About the project
The Australian Surf Rowers League (ASRL) is a national sporting organisation, affliated with Surf Life Saving Australia and representing the interests of its 4,000 or so members. The ASRL has several significant sponsors, including their primary supporter being the Australian Navy.
The ASRL site is one with the lot. It includes; a community forum, personal messaging, image and video galleries, online membership database, electronic voting, elecrnic direct marketing (newsletters) and e-commerce for online membership renewals and purchases. As sponsorship is so important, there is a heavy emphasis on trackable advertising banners and general online marketing.
